bella cappe’llo Web Site and all of its photographs, images and text are protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property laws, and may be used only for product ordering purposes.  You may not copy or post any of its materials without our prior written permission.

PLACING AN ORDER

After you have placed your on-line order, and we have received it,  a confirmation is automatically sent to your mailbox.  Most items will be sent to you within 3 - 5 business days.  Since our hand-blocked wool felt hats are made-to-order, please allow 14 days before your item is shipped. Your credit card will be billed the same day your hat is blocked.

Customers will receive updates on the status of an order if there appears to be significant delays.  DiFrancia will not charge your credit card until we have sent the back-ordered item on its way to you..

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us immediately and we will issue a return authorization # to you.  Upon receipt of the return authorization, you may return the merchandise for credit, refund, replacement or an exchange (excluding freight).  Merchandise returned later than 21 days will be charge a 25% restocking fee. 

Worn or used items will not be accepted.   Returned items must be in originally received condition.  We will not accept items for return which have been exposed to cigarette or any other heavy odors.

Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid if an item is returned within 21 days of purchase.  If an item is returned more thatn 21 days after purchase, a return will be processed in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase.

We will reimburse postage costs only when the incorrect items were delivered to Purchaser.

We will not be responsible for goods lost in transit to us. Merchandise must be re-packed and returned according to the instructions provided in your original pacage.  For your protection and to insure prompt delivery, please ship by UPS or insured Priority Mail
